Caucus Chair
The Chair serves as the spokesperson of the Senate Republican Caucus. The duties of the Chair include:
Presiding over all meetings of the Caucus and the Executive Committee.
Representing the Caucus in all matters in which an official Caucus position has been established.
Carrying out and directing liaison activities with the Governor, Lieutenant Governor, Chair of the Texas House Republican Caucus, and various other stakeholders.
Providing direction and coordination of legislation in which the Caucus has an interest.
Communicating Caucus positions.
Assigning duties to the other Caucus officers as necessary.

Senator Mayes Middleton (SD 11)
Caucus Vice-Chair
The Vice-Chair is the second ranking officer of the Senate Republican Caucus. The duties of the Vice-Chair include:
Acting in the absence, disability, or vacancy of the Chair.
Advising the Chair in parliamentary rules and procedures.
Assisting the Chair in the performance of his or her duties and helping maintain good relationships among Caucus members.
Assisting in the communication of the Caucus positions in debate on the Senate floor.

Caucus Second Vice-Chair
The Second Vice-Chair is the third ranking officer of the Senate Republican Caucus. The duties of the Second Vice-Chair include:
Maintaining a record of official Caucus business, bylaws, Federal Tax ID forms, and official correspondence for each biennium.
Keeping a record of all Caucus press releases, Caucus public policy positions, social media posts, and an electronic communication including videos, email, or electronic media press lists.
Reporting on social media contacts for the Caucus website and social media post engagement statistics.

To Be Appointed
Caucus Treasurer
The Treasurer is the fourth ranking officer of the Senate Republican Caucus and is appointed by the Caucus Chair. The duties of the Treasurer include:
Receiving and safeguarding all funds of the Caucus, including dues and contributions.
Preparing and filing Caucus expenditure and contribution reports to the Texas Ethics Commission.
Ensuring that all contributions received by the Caucus conform to the requirements of the Texas Election Code.
Reporting to the Caucus membership on the status of Caucus funds on a regular basis as determined by the Executive Committee.
